How to use the motif:
1.remove the back paper
2.place the iron-on onto the garment, press with an iron or heat presser at a temperature of 120-180 degrees for 10-15 seconds,then press the reverse side of the garment,do not use steam or steam hole.
3.we recommend that you place a piece of white paper between front and back of the garment to prevent it from sticking together.
4.allow the garment to cool for 2-3 minutes, then slowly remove the plastic film from the garment.
